Restaurant N & G in Longueuil

Salad bar was bare minimum, my daughter had chicken strips that were cooked in old oil. Also allow smoking in the restaurant even though there are no ash trays. A man lit one after the other next to us and my 5 year old child. Did not stay to even eat my meal, hard to eat when you smell nothing but cigarettes. Will not be returning.

It's our family gathering place for comfort and good food.

I had the hamburger. Not bad at all. Service was quick and friendly. If you are a non smoker, this isn't the place for you. You are able to smoke here. It wasn't packed, so it wasn't an issue. It appeared clean, and didn't smell like an old ashtray though. I do plan on visiting again. Oh, salad bar has many great offerings, and their specials are tempting.

Okay first off I grew up in this town, I have seen this restaurant go through some hard times and some really good times, but they seem to have hired some new staff. The young woman that waited on me was so nice and very polite, it's quite refreshing. The food- is good, I got a Swiss cheese burger and curls my fries where nice and crisp just the way I like them, while my burger was cooked to perfection sides were all fresh ( they didn't used to be ). I am thoroughly impressed with the improvements they have made here. Time- keep in mind this is an old country dinner in the middle of no where so don't expect it to be speedy, mine was ordered, made and placed to me in about 15 minutes it was quite busy. But the young woman came to my table 3 times in those few minutes just to make sure I was still okay. I loved this waitress Kaylee was her name. She was absolutely wonderful. Hope she stays on if she does I'll definitely be back with the rest of my family. Thank you

Food expensive small portion

#1 It's like they buy the worst quality ingredients then up price them 300%.#2 They allow smoking and it's a very small space. I have a baby and someone lit a cigarette up two tables away.

Really good breakfast

Pretty good cafe. I would definitely eat there when on the road. There are some with better foods. My only complaint is that they use condiments that are no name and dont taste good.

Food was good and cheap... But, they allow smoking what is it the 70's. Probably won't dine in again because of this. Would order to go though... Waitress could use a little training on proper food handling.

Ive tried this place twice now. The first time was breakfast. I had a meat omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. The omelette was way to greasy. The biscuits and gravy tasted worse then fast foods. For lunch i had a grilled chicken sandwhich. It was completely dry.

From twin falls id.just stopped in for coffee. Friendly and comfortable.
